Hi,
Should we include any indirect cost into our cash flow caculations?Thanks!
If it involves an extra cash flow to the company, then yes.
All variable overheads/indirect costs will be included because they are by definition extra costs.
Fixed overheads/indirect costs will only be included if the total is going to change as a result of doing the project.
