    Good evening sir, i sat for f8 in june2010 exam,after studying so many past question but i still failed, pls sir what approach can i use now to solve senerio problems in f8, because i am plannig to resit the paper in jun2011 exams, Thanks as i await your response.

    Hello adisaay20,i will also decide to take f8 in june 2010 exams. i am also looking the effecient approach to solve the problem in f8. May we share the ideas and questions when studying the f8? Thanks.

    The best way to work towards scenario questions is to study carefully past exam questions and answers and any additional scenario questions that might be in any study material you have. Note in particular;

    1 How the precise requirements of the question are addressed. Often there are multiple requirements such as “List and descibe…”

    2 How the question makes use of the specific information given in the question and angles its answer to that.

    3 The great level of detail always given. Don’t just say ‘Verify receivables’, say something like ‘Select 20 receivables balances and in each trace an debit entry to copy invoices….trace a credit entry to a bank receipt…etc”
