Please, is it acceptable to answer a question in the following manner, assuming the question has different requirements such as A, B, and C.

    Answer,

    Q2. B)

    C)

    A).

ie. you answer B first, then C.and finally A in that order.

What is the correct way? Thank you

No problem – you can answer the questions, and the parts within each question, in any order you want.
Just make sure that you head up your answer to each part clearly so that the market does not get confused.
