Hello Sir, I would appreciate if you could help me to understand following:
resignation:
Auditors must send statement of circumstances to the members/creditors
Q: are the “members” in this case shareholders?
Notice of resignation is sent by the company to the regulatory authorities.
Q: is Notice of resignation sent by audit firm or by client?
Q1 Yes, members are shareholders
Q2 Auditor sends to client who must then send to regulatory authority.
