Dear Ken,

I have an issue to clarify, who is responsible of appointing the external auditors? The board or the audit committe?Thanks for the clarification!

If there is one, the AC will make a recommendation to the board. That will be included in a resolution at the AGM for the members to vote on. The members are ultimately responsible for the auditor’s appointment.
