    i have all knowledge of models , that usually asked by examiner and i know whats going on in scenario , but i dont know the knowledge i have , how could i attach it it with case study , like e.g PESTEL ,,, i highlited that these are points relates to pestel but what should i wwrite in it , should i give recomendation , should i just tell me whats going on , or should i write what could be done rather than ……. really stucked … help me out

    You only need to give recommendations if you are asked to. Normally part (a) of the question will ask for an analysis. You need to use the models to identify issues and to ‘move on’ the issue.

    So, if the government was bringing in a new tax that would affect the organisation, under PESTEL you should simply not say:

    Economic factors: a new tax will be introduced. [that is simply copying what’s in the question]

    Instead say:

    Economic factors: a new tax will be introduced and this is likely to reduce demand for the product in the future, damaging the organisation’s profitability.

    Same principle: if there a powerful suppliers say that this will keep raw material prices high and that they will be unresponsive to special requests etc.
