Hi @cathyf7
Would you happen to know the reason why they deemed your optional objectives as incomplete even if website showed achieved? Is it because these objectives were signed off on paper? Or was it because of some other reason?
I don’t mean to be nosy but am concerned because even I had achieved my objectives signed-off in 2009 and later years until now. I did all my stuff online though. No paperwork.
So please share with us the reason why they didn’t consider yours so we could be prepared. Thanks!

I have completed my challenge questions, submitted application for membership. Basing on Sascha’s email above, i will probably receive similar email but without a certificate yet…. can i use this email as proof of membership? Will i then be on the list of members should an employer want to verify membership? Can i put ACCA next to name?
Sascha, how log did it take you to receive that email from application date?
January 25, 2016 at 11:56 pm #297902jameschabata, put it this way, when I’m in your position I’ll be claiming to be Acca member!
February 14, 2016 at 11:46 am #300407Hi,
Just wanted to Know what if I was a full time student and have no per experience, so in that case i cant apply for membership??
secondly do i have to pay the yearly subscription fee even after i am an a affiliate as i am considering to complete my RAP??
March 8, 2016 at 9:40 am #304307Yes, u can’t apply for membership without completing the PER requirement.
secondly, yes you will have to pay the yearly subscription fee as an affiliate and if 3 years pass before you become a member you will be paying the amount equal to the one paid by members even if you will be called an Affiliate.hope you find this helpful

May 6, 2016 at 7:34 am #313896I received my welcome pack yesterday. It’s massively underwhelming. They send you a awful pen (which was broke) and a pin badge. They are also meant to send a booklet containing useful information but they never sent me one.
I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come with Acca 🙁May 6, 2016 at 11:53 am #313914Sorry about the broken pen
