Dear Sir I have the following questions regarding appeals of criminal cases :
1)When an appeal from a Megistrates’ court can be made to QBD?
2)When an appeal from a crown court can be made to QBD?
3)Can an appeal against supreme court decision can be made to the european court of justice regarding matters relating to eu treaty?
Thankyou
Hi
Do you know, I wasn’t certain, not enough to be able to answer your post with 100% conviction. Criminal law is not in your syllabus except to a tiny degree.
But what I did was put into Google “appeal from magistrates court to qbd in criminal law” and guess what came out!
Well, I’ll leave you to find out. Additionally, you’ll discover how easy it is to research your own questions for yourself! That way, you’re more likely to remember the answer.
Good luck
🙂
