APM Notes incomplete

Hi. I went through the APM notes and noticed that several chapters are incomplete. In chapter 8 Risk and Uncertainty, the notes go from point 2 straight to point 6. Thank you

It is simply misnumbered.

Most of the learning is contained in the example and its solution.

Thanks for pointing this out and it will be corrected very soon.
