We had a question regarding the integration of two clothing manufacturers who had different objectives and operations. We were asked to use the soft S’s from McKinsey 7s.How were we supposed to answer that?
I haven’t seen the question but 7Ss could be used as a checklist of the matters that had to be considered during the integration eg strategies, structures etc- and, very difficult in many mergers the companies’ shared values which, from what you say, are likely to be very different.-
