    accasite,

I was also a bit surprised when i submitted my payment that there was no confirmation. However, i could easily log in to my account again and i saw in the exam entry session , the list of those exams for which i payed. So hopefully, everything is ok with your payments. But ACCA website is very busy now , so don’t be surprisd that it’s not easy to log in to your account.
