Well, I attempted F7 and F8 in last attempt, hoping ill pass them, any suggestions on what papers should i pick for next attempt? Ill probably be starting studies from mid feb. I was thinking F9,P1,P3 as P2 is a weaker point of me so I’d like to give it some time. Any suggestions if my plan is ok. Or is it hard to achieve for an average student like me?

    Hi,

    I would suggest you opt for F9, P1 and P2. Here’s why:

    1. Makes sense to take F9…its the only F level paper you will be left with! Besides, if you want to pursue OBU in the near future, you need to get F9 out of the way.

    2. P1 is closely related to F8 wrt ethics and professionalism etc. Since you have been through the F8 content recently, P1 wont be too big a challenge.

    3. P2…now, this might be a problem area for you, but now is the time to take it. Why? Well, firstly, you are still fresh on your F7 knowledge…adding onto it with P2 knowledge will be easier now than, say, 6 months from now. And “giving it some time” implies avoiding it till you can, as opposed to taking more time to prep for it. Because with 3 papers on your plate, the last thing you would want to spend your free time doing is brushing up on a paper you dont even want to attempt in the next session. A waste of time, and a highly impossible thing to do.

Its a good thing you know your problem area. It will help you plan your studies better. Find a good tutor, get loads of practice, and hopefully, you will clear this paper in the next attempt.

    Good luck!

Agreed with above. P2 will become a mamoth task if you leave it for later. Use your F7 knowledge, and build on it!
