    hy guys i appeared in f4 last year june 2009 and failed at 49

    wanna know if anything has changed since then, in the syllabus..

    Well… as far as i know … there is no significant change in the syllabus apart from supreme court being the highest court instead of House of Lords..Examiner has written an article over it which can be found here:

    I didnt know that!! Scary, i am so not prepared yet. I am using the same books i used as Dec 09- failed again with 49%. I assume the surpeme court changes for english law paper?

    Certainly they are for English law paper …. but they not `scary` though because the changes are not that much as you can see by having a look at the article.. i think its enough you don’t need to do anything else at this last minute…… 😀
