    Can anyone explain how the 68.8 for NCI was calculated and also the 980 in L’s share of G’s post acq. ret’d ???

    Thanks for any help

    10% per Q
    =10*1180*7/12=68.8

    W3 – RE

    S
    Re- 1,180
    less div propose (200 )


    980 – Annual
    owning period 7/12
    P’s shares 10%
    =980*7/12*980=514.5
    =98

    there is type there:

    P’s shares in S = 980*7/12*0.9=514.5
