Keeping answers short is key for APM and managing time.
Can you please advise on the answer structure that would do well.

If we happen to go brain dead on the exam could you please suggest areas that can act as a proxy when discussing the impact on performance management and impact on performance measurement.

How do we easily distinguish between the two?

How much time should be spent on question 1, reading the requirement, the scenario and then brain storming ideas before writing?
How long should be spent on Sections B and C on the same?
    Please advise.

Q1. You could safely spend around 20 minutes reading, thinking and planning. Other questions around 10 minutes.

There is no set structure. You could be asked for a report, memorandum or a more general answer. Use paragraphs and try to keep each to one idea. As you say don’t waste words so make sure you are properly addressing the requirements. At the same time explain your points fully so that they can be properly understood.

For 10 marks, your answer beat least 1.25 pages.
