Hope you doing well.
I noted that we need to prepare an Answer Plan in each question and separate the plan from the answer by a line across the page. I also noted in BPP answer there is always marking scheme for each question. So, can we present the answer plan like a marking scheme?

If I have understood you correctly then, yes, I suppose an answer plan could come out looking like a BPP marking scheme

little help here. I didn’t hear about this answer plan making. Is it an exam requirement. Will it be marked ? Where can i read about it ?
Do you simply mean making proper headings and all that ?
Take the number of marks in a question or part question
Divide by 2 and that’s the number of minutes that you spend planning what you are going to write
And that means that you only have 1 minute 18 seconds to write one sentence that will earn you one mark
