answer order

dear sir,
can I in the Exam mix up the sections as in can i first attempt one question of section b and then come to section a(Compulsory questions) leaving the other 20 mark question for the last…….

You certainly can
You can attempt questions in whatever sequence you want
Just make sure that, at the start of every answer (or even at the start of every PART of every answer), you clearly identify which (part) question it is that your answer is addressing
