Sir annuities are available when constant cash inflows are received for a limited period of time “

    My problem is
Is annuity only for constant cash inflow ?

Could it be for constant cash outflow as well ?

Yes – it is any constant flow, whether it is an inflow or an outflow.

    Thank you sir and

Delayed annuities mean that we will get benefit or ( we may pay ( outflow ) ) from our investment after the 1 year of investment…

    Am I right sir

If an annuity is delayed it means that it starts later than at time 1.

I explain how to deal with this if it happens in my free lectures.
