Due to financial constraints, I was unable to pay my subscription fee on the stipulated date. I want to know what repucations I am going to face and if I can still pay before my results, regardless of the fee increasing.

I never pay mine on time. Personally I think it is bad timing by ACCA asking for it at christmas!
Nothing has ever happened to me, i still got my exam results. The only thing is you need to pay if before applying for another exam so I generally pay the membership and exam fee together.
