Sir , annual return must be filled and submitted to registrar within 28 days of the return date OR within 14 days of the return date?

Annual returns no longer exist – they are replaced by the requirement for a company officer to confirm by signature the details that the Registrar holds and the Registrar sends to each company asking if the details are still correct
