Hello sir, please there are some questions under inheritance taxation where I the annual exemption has been used in the calculation, but not the nil band rate. They did not precise in the question that the nil band rate has been used already. Please, when particularly do we use the annual exemption and the nil rate band ?
You are going to have to show me the specific questions and answers and what in the answer you did not understand – then I can seek to explain
