Hello Sir,
Please I don’t understand the difference Annual credit sales and Account Receivables. I usually get confuse when it concerns the reduction in receivables.

Annual credit sales is the total of the sales on credit for the year.
Receivables is the amount owed to us by customers at a particular date.
