By the way I have made a recent comment on the other Forum where you raised a question about referencing for graphs which I think you should read as it presents a slightly different view that you may wish to consider….
You need to show evidence that you can use spreadsheets – your calculations and graphs are good examples of this but if you paste them into Word part of the evidence is lost. So can’t you just show them on extra tabs on the one workbook and label the tabs as Appendix 1, Appendix 2 etc (or label any tabs that are not being referred to in the RAP just as Workings 1, Workings 2)? The Appendices don’t all have to be in the same file or format – you could have Appendices 1 & 2 as an Excel file, and then load Appendices 3, 4, 5 etc as Word Docs.
Does that help??
May 15, 2014 at 8:41 pm #168953@trephena all my excel work is on one excel file but on different sheets named as
Appendix A
Appendix B
Appendix C
Appendix DInfo on all 4 sheets is interlinked through formulae which is why I can’t use separate Excel files for each of them. I have even mentioned these Appendices in the content page to avoid confusion.
Will it be fine to use one Excel file with different sheets in this case?
May 15, 2014 at 10:23 pm #168956@kingsandqueens absolutely fine – that’s exactly what I meant – one workbook (file) with differerent tabs for each appendix so when it comes to loading there is only one file to upload. Keeps it nice and simple 🙂
May 16, 2014 at 7:44 am #168999Thanks for asking and answering in an apprehensive manner.
So shall we also upload the Whole financial statements too or just the pages from them, as pages from them is difficult.
Can i upload the whole financial statements for the years 2013, 2012 & 2011 ?
May 19, 2014 at 9:40 am #169452Just extracts are fine unless the statements are not available online. The markers can ( and do apparently) sometimes check them out for themselves online. If they are not online then you will need to present the financial statements in more detail
