    Q 66 MCQ in BPP revision kit. In arriving at capital employed current was not deducted from total asset. Please explain.

    I don’t have a copy of the BPP exam kit / revision kit

    Why not instead take “capital employed” as being shareholders’ equity + long term (intest bearing) debt

    Then maybe you can see why current assets are not deducted from the total assets

    Or did you mean, when you posted “current”, current liabilities?
