Is a Shareholder an Internal or a Connected stakeholder?
March 8, 2015 at 10:11 pm #231742Usually regarded as connected – certainly in large companies where they have nothing to do with its management.
April 11, 2015 at 9:08 pm #240953well I just want to make it clear for me, NEO (none-executive officers) are internal as they are part of management in regard to board of directors, correct? TY, for respond.
November 10, 2015 at 12:27 pm #281471I also got confused with this one..
In the OpenTuition notes it stated shareholders as internal stakeholders..
but in kaplan they’re connected..November 10, 2015 at 1:57 pm #281481I think we will probably go with the flow and change our notes to say they are connected.
