Usually regarded as connected – certainly in large companies where they have nothing to do with its management.
well I just want to make it clear for me, NEO (none-executive officers) are internal as they are part of management in regard to board of directors, correct? TY, for respond.
I also got confused with this one..
In the OpenTuition notes it stated shareholders as internal stakeholders..
but in kaplan they’re connected..I think we will probably go with the flow and change our notes to say they are connected.
