Am I eligible for the advanced diploma in accounting and finance ?

I got exemptions for papers f1 to f4. So I was wondering if I will receive the advance diploma certificate after passing f5 to f9 ?
And can this certificate be shown in my CV ?

I have completed all of the F papers but didn’t get the ‘Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business’ until I had completed the Professional Ethics Module on My ACCA. It came through within 72 hours of completing the module.
