Hello Mike,
Much obliged for all the good works.
In your lecture, you said “there cannot be a situation where the articles are unalterable ever”. My question is this, how come the father prevent alteration in Bushell v Faith case?
In Bushell v Faith, the articles WERE alterable – but it would have needed a special resolution and it was pretty unlikely that all 3 participants would vote in favour of such a resolution
OK?
