Hello Sir,
I understand how the calculation of the coupon rate works out but i don’t understand the setup of the coupon rate calculation. Well i don’t exactly understand the whole warrants being issues for 100 equity shares. Is there any explanation of how warrants work in notes or lecture? and the mezzanine issue? Thank you in advance.
