Dear Tutor, Could assist to explain the answer below?
Which of the following agreements are valid and enforceable without consideration?
1) An agency agreement
2) An agreement to repay a debt barred by limitation
3) A scholarship agreementAns: 1 & 2
But my answer is 3.

All I can say is the answer is 1 and 2 because …. the answer is 1 and 2!
The question asks “which agreements are” so that tells you that there is more than one
A scholarship agreement needs consideration to support it and render it enforceable
I don’t know what else to say! Sorry
