Dear Sir,
I have reviewd 2 answers to the same question in the specimen exam and course notes, and I was confused, as the answers were different, though the question and options were the same.
Kindly assist . Many thanks in advance.
In the context of the Agency Law, the agent will not be liable for a contract if:
The specimen exam answer is:Where the agent fails to disclose that they are acting as such:
The course notes’ answer is:Where the agent acts on his own behalf, but does identify that he is an agent.
Specimen exam’s answer was in the options of the notes.
Thank you once again.
I believe that the specimen answer is wrong!
Thank you.
You’re welcome
