Hi Mike!
– An agent will be personally liable if he refuses to identify the agent.
Why would an agent refuses to identify the agent? Could you give me an example?
Have you quoted this correctly?
Do you mean either:
a) an agent will be liable if he doesn’t identify that he is an agent, or
b) an agent will be liable if he doesn’t identify the principal
Because what you have posted doesnt make sense to me!
