Hi sir!
Wats the basic difference betwen agent by implied agreement nd agent by estoppel?
Thank you
By estoppel – the principal knows that the person has been acting as he / she has and is thus prevented from denying thatbthatbperson had authority
By implied agreement – the principal is confronted with the actions of someone that has been acting as agent without any authority or prior knowledge of the principal but, because of that person’s position, it is normal to imply that authority exists
Ok?
Thanks a heap sir!
Got it 100%.
You’re welcome
