Hi John,
The second oart of the question asks:
Explain and discuss the key differences between an operating lease and financial lease.
I have written down my answers in point formats (5 points) stating differences but the suggested answer has Key featurs of both the type pf leases given separately. Though both my points and their sugested answers match. So i do not know if just stating point wise differences will fetch marks!!
