Always after I make adjustment requested in question I find that I did not take some figures to P/L or SFP format , do you have any technique can helps me solve that ?

Make a note in your answer booklet that shows the double entry that represents the adjustment so that, if you forget to actually make the adjustment, at least you’ve indicated what that adjustment should be
