Is there any cross over in the course content from APM and AFM.
I am looking to take AFM this period as just completed FM and considering doing another exam alongside.
No – there is not really any connection between AFM and APM.
AFM is a direct continuation from Paper FM. APM is supposed to be a continuation from Paper PM, but in fact does not really directly continue in the same way (there is more writing than calculating).
A good idea would be to have a look through a few recent past exams on the ACCA website, just to get a feel for the sorts of questions that are asked.
