To answer your 1st question, no they were seperate items….but i agree that they test those assertions you mentioned.
Other question: I notice that the acca answers do not state in the answers what assertion is being tested.
In light of that would marks be gained if stated, “in order to confirm rights of the property inspect deed for property.” “In order to confirm existence physically inspect the address of the site stated in the deed”. “To confirm completeness, inspect property tax expense account to gain info of properties owned and then compare to ppe and investment property listing”. “To confirm valuation, inspect valuators report and not the date of the report”
