I want to attempt f5 and f6 in december 2018 but uptil now i couldn’t start my studies for some reason but now i want to start my studies. So i wanted to ask that should i go for it. If yes, then how should i start my studies. should i only prepare from OT notes and lectures? please advice is needed…

Our free notes and lectures, when used together are a complete free course for Paper PM (F5) and Paper TX (F6), and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exams well.
However it is also vital that you buy Revision Kits from one of the ACCA approved publishers. They contain lots of past exam questions (and other exam standard questions) for practice, and practice is essential to passing the exam.
