Hello,
I intend to submit my RAP in May 2024. Please what period will that be (48?) and is there any information available for next year periods that may indicate any change to the current period topics or will the topics still apply, so that I can start with my research process.March 24, 2024 at 3:28 pm #703352I recently re-submitted part of my OBU project, specifically the SLS report. I’m grateful for the invaluable guidance and support provided by my mentor, Lorraine McKechnie. Her expertise and insightful feedback played a key role in my successful outcome.
March 24, 2024 at 7:52 pm #703359I have passed my RAP project (Topic 8 Period 47) with an A on my first attempt. I’m so pleased and want to say a massive thank you to Lorraine McKechnie who was my mentor for the whole process. Lorraine was able to give me insightful and invaluable feedback, which enabled me to go away and really focus on what was needed to achieve my goal.
April 6, 2024 at 1:47 pm #703720I passed period 47 on my first attempt while juggling with my full time job. It was not an easy journey and I could only work on the project after work and during weekend. I was fortunate to meet my mentor, Irwin, from The Learning Luminarium (TLL).
Irwin was very experienced, knowledgeable and patience. Besides that, he was responsive and reply me within 24-48 hours when I encounter problem with my project. He gave all his comments and feedback on my project within 24-48 hours, enabling me to amend or elaborate more on my research towards his feedback.
I highly recommend TTL for those students who aim to save their travelling time as the meeting season would be conducted through online and the mentor provided great guidance service for someone like me, who never carry out research project before.

September 19, 2024 at 5:11 am #711562I would like to mention that I am just an 18 year old boy who cleared the OBU with First Class Honours. It would not have been possible without the help of my mentor Irwin Loh from the Learning Luminarium.
His experience and knowledge is greatly reflected in his precise advices.
A week before my submission I was still experiencing difficulties and in his packed schedule with other students, he still made sure to give me prompt advice which gave my RAP the final push it needed. If I had to choose a mentor for any of my friends or classmates, I would go with Learning Luminarium with my eyes closed.

September 19, 2024 at 10:49 am #711569I successfully passed my RAP 48 submission on the first attempt, and I couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of my mentor, Irwin Loh from the Learning Luminarium. He guided me throughout the entire process, offering valuable feedback and keeping me on track with my research project. Irwin was always prompt in responding to my questions, usually within a few hours, and provided feedback on my research paper within 24 to 48 hours, even during the busy final week before submission.
Balancing full-time work was challenging, but with Irwin’s help, I was able to complete my research paper. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a dedicated and supportive mentor.
September 19, 2024 at 6:01 pm #711575Yesterday I got my A grade, such a result would not have been possible without the support of my mentor, who was Irivin from Learning Luminarium. It was a great choice because the mentor was super competent and helpful.
Irvin’s comments were very on point and concerned areas in which I would not have thought that the described issue should be approached differently. Despite my late start and the accumulation of work in the last two weeks, Irvin was always available and responded quickly.
Additionally, Irvin has prepared very helpful materials on his Learning portal thanks to which I knew exactly step by step how to choose a company, plan a project, what to look for and what exactly is expected to pass it.
I sincerely recommend this mentor to both people looking for a mentor for the first submissions and those retaking. I chose him myself because of the recommendations found here on the forum and I was not disappointed.September 20, 2024 at 5:13 pm #711612I highly recommend Irwin from the Learning Luminarium as a project mentor. Irwin was supportive and encouraging throughout the process. He asked questions that prompted me to think deeply about the topic and gave honest and constructive feedback. I was able to contact him outside of the mandatory meetings and he always responded promptly which helped me to keep on track with the process and meet my project milestones. With his support I achieved a B grade in the RAP and an overall first class degree.
