I heard that you can skip the foundation papers (F1-F3) if you have IGCSEs and 2 A levels, or their equivalent. A friend of mine wants to come to the UAE from India, and he has done his BPP (Bachelor Preparatory Programme) from KKHSOU Open University.
Will he be able to go straight to F4, or does he need to sit the foundation first?Thank you
