Can the members also appoint an administrator without a court order? My exam kit says floating chargeholders, directors and THE COMPANY itself may appoint an administrator without a court order. Who exactly is it referring to by saying “the company”, does it mean the members?
The expression ‘the company’ certainly does mean the members acting as a unified body and conducting business through majority voting
OK?
