Hello, I have a question about the adjustment to equity in the case: Step acquisition or disposal where control is retained.
In BPP study text, they state that the adjustment to equity is the equity while in Kaplan study text, they state that the adjustment to equity is the other component of equity. So, what is the correct answer ?, it will significantly impact on the calculation of consolidated RE. Thanks !
