In calculating additional tax payable, the foreign tax offset includes the corporate tax and withholding tax, so does it mean that import duty is not considered and why?
Your assistance will highly be appreciated.You do not say which question you are referring to!
Import duty is a separate tax anyway and is not offsettable against corporation tax.
