Good morning, sir. First of all thank you for the content you performed for us! It’s really very helpful! Despite that fact I didn’t pass this time despite have tried almost all parts in all three questions. At least there was a question regarding IPO for ten marks which I even haven’t tried as there was no information in the lectures. So I would like to ask if you could suggest some kind of additional sources where such uncovered cases could be studied? Kind regards

I am sorry that you did not pass this time.

The question on referring to an initial public offering was in fact 8 marks, but was asking you to compare an IPO with a reverse takeover. You should have been aware as to what an IPO is from earlier exams although reverse takeovers are not mentioned in earlier exams. However, more importantly, this question was all covered in a recent technical article on the ACCA website:
    https://www.accaglobal.com/ubcs/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p4/technical-articles/reverse-takeovers.html

It is vital that you work through the technical articles always and that is the most important extra source of study material. Reverse takeovers (as against IPO’s) are something that are new to Paper AFM, and always when there is something new to be examined, the examining team produces a technical article on it before the exam.
