Do we need to remember what are in the Acts? I know the principles in general but I don’t remember specifically what is in each Act
Which ‘Acts’ are you talking about?
I believe that at the start of every lecture I make a point of saying that there’s no need to remember case names, no need to remember dates, nor section numbers, nor titles of Acts
