Hi all
I have two questions, I would be gratefull if someone could steer me in the right direction.
How are they Created? (Is this; 1st Reading to the 3rd Reading)
Which courts exercise orginal and which appellate jurisdiction in civil cases? (I have no idea where start with this)
Thanks
yes, green paper, white paper, first reading, second reading etc
Appellate are Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and, I believe, High Court hears appeals from County Court.
Original jurisdiction is held by County Court and by High Court in an “important” case.
