Hi,

I’m struggling to understand the calculation part to Acquisition and Mergers. Are the only possible ways they could ask a calculation for this area be through business valuations by free cash flows or by using P/E Ratio?

They are the main ways. You could be asked to calculate on a net assets basis, but that would not be many marks out of the question.
