Hi,

After flicking through previous exam questions on Acquisition and mergers, and Corporate Reconstruction, is it fair to say that any calculation question for them topics will fall under business valuations area?

Section C os the syllabus is “Acquisitions and Mergers” (which does involve business valuation). Section D of the syllabus is “Corporate reconstruction and reorganisation”.
