Sir,
When the parent (holding) acquires % from the capital shares of a subsidiary, from which of the following will that ratio be calculated :
1) the shares market value (only the capital)
2) the shares par value (only the capital)
3) or from the net assets value ( including the reserves and retained earnings of the subsidiary)
