Hi. I am having difficulties in counting the number of months for the accrual and prepayment . Every times I do so, it’s greater or less Can you give me some tips.

Just watch out for whether it is the first or last day of the month you are counting from, and then use your fingers 🙂
Thats all I can say – it is not a technical problem, more a question of just reading carefully and then being careful in the counting.
