Dear Sir,
As statements of cash flows prepared on cash basis, then why we say that financial statements are prepared on the “accrual basis” of accounting, however financial statements includes statements of cash flows.

So let it remain in your mind as one of life’s unanswerable questions like “How does the driver of the snow-plough get to work in the morning?”
